Spring tide safaris takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained to passengers or damage to personal property, whilst boarding the vessel, for the duration of the tour, or disembarking from the vessel unless such injury is caused by the wilful neglect of the owner or its employees. Passengers board the vessel at their own risk.

Spring tide safaris may take photographs on the vessel and publish the photographs on the website or in television or written media advertising for promotional purposes. Please advise Spring tide safaris if you do not wish any photographs to be taken for such purposes.
