Bookings and Cancellations

  • A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your place.
  • For extended charters balance of payment is required at least 1 month prior to departure.
  • Cancellation fees do apply and a 100% cancellation fee applies if fail to board.
  • 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% cancellation fee
  • 30-10 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 10 days to departure: 100% cancellation fee
  • Bag limits and restrictions do apply in Northern Territory
  • Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Spring tide safaris reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of a tour or require any participant to withdraw from a tour at anytime if to do so is determined by Spring tide safaris to be in the best interests of the group or the individual participant.
  • In relation to insurance, no responsibility will be accepted for accidents, illness or misadventure or loss of goods or possessions and it is recommended that adequate insurance be taken out to cover you against the above.
  • These terms and conditions apply to all tours including those in our brochure. By booking on a tour you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
